About Me
My approach is grounded in 18 years of lived homeschooling experience with my 5 children, as well as teaching homeschool classes and clubs. I understand the joy, chaos, gratitude, frustration and how overwhelmed one can feel. I offer practical, compassionate support for parents to help them communicate calmly, stay emotionally regulated, and strengthen connection in the family.

Is this coaching only for homeschool families?
Any parent seeking stronger communication and connection at home is welcome. Many of the tools and concepts I use are helpful in any relationship, not just within families. I’m happy to meet and explore whether I can support your needs.
What happens during a discovery session?
The complimentary 45-minute discovery session is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. We’ll talk about your family or relationship goals and challenges, and you can decide whether ongoing support would be helpful.
Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?
Sessions are offered virtually via zoom, or in person, depending on the situation and location.
Do I need to commit to ongoing sessions?
No. After the discovery session, you can decide whether to continue with more sessions or not. There's never any obligation.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on practical tools, communication, and support for building stronger connections. It is not clinical treatment or diagnosis.
